During the early days when Rap music was still a stranger to Thailand, Jatrin opened up the gate, introducing this new friend to the country. Jay, Jatrin has had an interest in music since he was a little boy. He teamed up a band with his pals while he was in school, taking part in every contest anytime he could. His dream as a singer came closer when his elder brother, Jo, joined the band, “Nuvo” and launched their first album, letting Jay absorbed many valuable experiences. Jay finished his first work, “Jor-E-Bor”, in 1991, knocking the audiences’ doors with modern Rap Dance style. His music became trendy very rapidly, making him famous in a very short time. Jay’s succeeding albums, such as, “108-1009” and “J-Day”, still mostly consisted of dance music, but also had some sweet slow songs for romantic time. Today, besides performing behind the microphone, Jay also works in the Manager position in Angore record company, developing new artists, as well as, hosting many TV shows.
