known in a wild tough look, while his younger brother, Wasan,
came with a soft gentle style. Before evolved themselves to
be rock gurus, these two brothers used to be experts in folk
music, which later became the origin of their first band,
“The Isn’t”. The band released many interesting
albums in Folk Rock style, such as “Sao Ngam Ta (Beautiful
Girl)” and “Siam Square”, before Asanee
decided to leave the band for something more “Rock”.
While Wasan still went on with The Isn’t, Asanee has
marched on to collect more experiences by joining different
rock groups, as well as, being a producer for various rock
artists, such as, Micro and Tanate Waragulnukrao. One day,
Asanee decided to create his own work together with his loving
brother, which led to their first album, “Baa Hop Fang”,
under “Asanee-Wasan” name in 1980. Although the
sales of this album was not successful, but it was accepted
as one of their best work. One year later, the band moved
their home to Grammy and launched their second album, “Pak
Chee Roy Nha”, which consisted of many hits, such as,
“Nung Mit Chid Klai (A Close Friend)” and “Kor
Keui Sanya (Used to Promise)”. Asanee-Wasan kept on
developing their fame and skill in the succeeding albums,
such as, “Rung Kin Nam”, “Bang Or”,
and “Jintanakarn”, tuning them into a walking
living legend in Rock music realm until today.
